OSD:

* Display VPS and / or frametimes below the FPS in fullscreen mode (just VPS and FPS, not a full page of verbose statistics)
* Option to change the color to something other than light-blue

While we're on this subject, it'd be great to have a hotkey to toggle the FPS (or OSD in general). Was going to try to add something like this myself to Dolphin, but got lazy busy myself.

Please forgive me if this is already somewhere, I tried a couple of searches and didn't turn anything up as a result.

I'd love to be able to select the Sound Output Device from within Dolphin.  Mostly, I'd like to use this to set the sound to my HDTV via my HDMI cable without having to set that as the default sound device in Windows 7.

It sucks that you can't change the output device of a single application in Windows.

WASAPI is Windows specific, and not cross platform. What benefits would it bring?
