Guys thank you for the great emulator.

My feature request is that the windows version prevents the OS to turn off monitor (or start screensaver, etc.) due to inactivity while playing.

Thanks!
Desktop:

Would like to have the Wiimote speaker muted when system sound is muted (Windows).

Also same as post above (screensaver & monitor standby).

Quad Core support, (Don't flame on this one, I'd like to see it in a next update, every speedup is a speedup)
Integrated Wiimote support for gamecube games.
EFB Copies RAM turned off by default.

The amount of work required to create quad core support is ridiculous, and in addition it will be a very long time till quad core support would actually speed up the emulator because the tight synchronization required.

I'd like to request a progress bar for when the cheat system is downloading the code list from Wiird or atleast a messagebox for a timeout.
I'm never sure wether it's crashed or just going really slowly.

One request for Windows versions: stop the screensaver from starting while the emulator is running a game.

Thanks!

If one could use different input devices for the Wiimote and nunchuk, that'd be great. For instance, I could use my mouse as the Wiimote and a Dualshock 3 for the nunchuck.

Since when can you not do that? I'm using my logitech gamepad for the wiimote and my keyboard for the nunchuck controls just fine.

As said above, this should already be do-able.
First, apply the button/key mappings for the controller you use the most (most likely your gamepad), while making sure to select that device in the Device drop-down. In other words, do the easy way of configuring your controls.
Now this is where the custom control configuration window comes into play. For each of the remaining buttons you want to use your mouse for (except for Infra-Red where "Cursor X+/X-/Y+/Y-" should be the best choice):
- Right-click the control you want to customize;
- In the window that appears, change the device to "Keyboard Mouse", press "Detect" and perform the desired movement or button press;
(Protip: be careful when using the left mouse button, as you may hit the "Detect" button again - move the mouse slightly away from the button before clicking.)
- Once the control is identified, click either "Select" (if you want this to be the only assigned button) or "| OR" (if you want this button to be an alternative to a gamepad control);
- Click OK.

Notice how, in controls configured this way (if you chose a device different from the one in the parent window), Dolphin explicitly appends the corresponding device behind the control identifier.
My computer specs:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x86
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 @2.66Ghz - 2GB of DDR2 RAM (400Mhz)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS 512
