What you are talking about is simply making pj64 plugins completely unrelevant to GC/Wii emulation, they can't be shared between the emus

sorry, the last post was wrong. you know dolphin was originally a gc emu, then they implemented wii into it. i'm just asking if they can also add support for n64. nothing to do with pj64. sorry for the confusion.

i mention pj64 only because it is currently one of the best, if not, the best n64 emulator around but the devs have made very little or no progress ever since v1.6 and there are games i still play which contain bugs. i'm not suggesting the pj64 devs work on dolphin neither am i suggesting the dolphin devs work on pj64. i'm merely suggesting dolphin devs make n64 playable via dolphin.

The reason the devs integrated Wii into the GC is because both use the same hardware. Therefore the Wii is literally like an OC'd GC. N64 is nothing like them, and would just end up slowing down development on what Dolphin is really for.
Back from the grave and working on textures.

I would really much like multiple p-shader support in either the OGL or the D3D graphic controllers, i.e. not just one "active" shader but one following the other.

Also, very neat if this works, the ability to send particular textures to a second pixel shader.

Gameboy player support... Anyone Smile Maybe we can even make dolphin connect to the emulated GBAs for linking support thats all integrated. Seeing as they all seem to work together integrated GBA emulation would rock and shouldnt be "TOO" difficult seeing as the GBA hardware is pretty simple. Maybe we could even combine with some other open source GBA emulator into one unified GC/wii/tri/GB/GBC/GBA/DS emulator. We could even rename dolphin to like "nintendo is the shit" or NITS. then N64 snes and NES would be cool just for goos measure but the GBA would actually add a massive usability boost to dolphin. On a personal note that might keep dolphin being developed for a lot longer unlike all the freaking 64 emulators that havent been developed for since like 2007.

Keep it up guys!!! You RULE!!!

Some hotkeys that could be manually bound? Like increase/decrease stuff (i.e. gamespeed). In a Zsnes SNES emulator I had increase/decrease gamespeed functions bound on L2/R2 of my gamepad and used them in some long hallway runs (e.g. in Clock Tower), which was rather useful. Things like brightness or sound volume hotkeys would be cool too. Or maybe these are present already?

Now that Dolphin has anaglyph 3D I think there should be a simple radio button to switch between the Red-Cyan glasses and those Magenta-Green ones for those who have one or the other lying around. I have both but own a few PC games that use the less common Magenta Green and I'd like to use those too as I see fit. Should be pretty easy too. Smile

An adjustable color selector per eye would actually be preferable. Getting specific colors to work with both a wide variety of glasses and display outputs is difficult without such.
