Please note that you have to use uppercase -C, not lowercase -c.

Hi, Thanks. Tried this, but didnt work

"C:\Dolphin-x64\Dolphin.exe" -n 0000000100000002 -b -e -C Dolphin.Core.DefaultISO="D:\Wii\MadWorld.gcz"

Remove the -e. The -n determines what Dolphin will launch, so there is no reason to use -e.

Thanks. Now Works. Just some problems but maybe related to disc channel small bugs in Dolphin.

ie. when selecting another game, wii disc channel Will show previous one, If I click start on disc channel, dolphin Will reboot again to wii menú and this time Will show the proper game on disc channel.

Cool option to have real wii experience once this Little problems gets solved.

I think the only limitation Will be foreign games, right? I think wii menú wont launch others region games. Unless we can change some flag to make it región free.

About specific ini for games, I think now launching from wii menú wont disable ini for the game.

That is correct, you will only be able to run discs that the installed Wii Menu permits you to run.

The settings in the game INI will apply, except when it comes to settings that can't be changed while emulation is running, such as dual core.

I want to apologize but I made a thread about this before noticing there's this feature request thread, so I'll just copy paste what I said there.

With the addition of Golf Mode, playing singleplayer games with a friend over Netplay is now a possibility... or it would be if both players could control port 1.

The solution could be either one of these:

a. Allow both players to have control of one port at all times
b. Allow players to switch ports while the game is still open

I don't know a lot about programming but I imagine implementing one of these options wouldn't be too hard.

I hope I get an answer because I would love to be able to do this.

There isn't now but I would like to have it too.  I've noticed that some VC games that use a Gamecube controller, fail to launch for me if BT passthrough is enabled.  Disabling BT passthrough for them would be a good way to manage that.

Dude, per game is what we're talking about here.  I'm sure you noticed that.
