MSI Afterburner is the king for that. It needs tweaking to best suit your tastes and needs, but once it's done, it's very handy.
OS : Windows 11 Pro
CPU : i7-7700K (4.8 GHz)
GPU : GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 HYBRID (2 GHz)
RAM : G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16 GB DDR4 3000 MHz C14

I would like to ask for allowing the Android version of Dolphin to support frameskip, since there's the frameskip option in the Dolphin.ini file but it doesn't work. That would definitely make MKWii and other games run at full speed Big Grin

Frameskip was removed from Dolphin years ago and didn't work in most games anyway.

Mario Kart Wii literally has a 30 FPS hack though?

I've already added the 30 FPS code and other optimization codes and edited the Dolphin.ini to play well but it is not enough, I've already got banned on Wiimmfi for having lag. I want to find a 20-15 FPS optimization code but I couldn't find anything.

Lower the emulated CPU Clock then? Frameskip isn't the answer.

I tried but when I choose a lower CPU clock speed the game stutters and only choosing the highest clock speed it goes better.

Can we get support for the gyro mapping for wiimote nuchuk motions like shake controller for the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller and Joycons? These natively connect to android and pc via Bluetooth and button mapping is possible but not the shake controls and the tilts. [ switch controller allegedly needs the server to send a code to the controller before it starts sending gyro data]

Not until we can get a platform neutral API for mapping arbitrary gyros and accelerometers to things. Supposedly OpenXR should allow this whenever the heck that materializes.

Implementing and maintaining controller specific features sucks. Especially so if you basically have to write your own driver for it, which we would have to do here. XInput nor DirectInput lets us do anything useful with those gyros.

I have noted that there is a kind of "Turbo Mode" when pressing the Tab key, which I am now using frequently in order to skip past repetitive sequences, video sequences and similar during gameplay.

However, there doesn't seem to be any FPS limit for this "Turbo Mode", it just pushes your CPU and GPU to their respective limits.

I know there is a speed setting in the current Master branch of Dolphin, but it applies to the non-Turbo mode only, which I don't find so useful, as I'd rather define a speed setting for the Turbo Mode. As computers get faster, running the Turbo Mode at maximum speed might become too fast in the future, making it impossible to navigate the player character without running into a wall. Or it's playing video sequences so fast that you can't recognize anything at all anymore.

150-250% would probably be a convenient speed range. Some high-end machines already go beyond that.
