In Mario kart 8, Nintendo added the option to auto-accelerate. Now going back to MKWii, Ive noticed how uncomfortable it can get to hold down the A button for a full cup. So I'd like you to add the option to sustain a held button. Sounds simple enough. Set which button you want to sustain, in-game tap the button to begin simulating a held down button, tap again to turn it off.

You already can!

Try this: "toggle(`Button A`)" for setting up an emulated controller.

Be aware you have to right-click a mapping button to open the advanced dialog where you can type this in.
To be less ambiguous with the quoting, the syntax is:

Code:
toggle(`Button A`)
