Hello, So I own an ASUS VG278Q 144HZ gaming monitor since I play CSGO primarily on this PC and a bit of dolphin on the side. I have it set at 120HZ in the desktop environment and dolphin is fairly stuttery with or without V-Sync as the monitor runs at about 119.9HZ instead. However, when I switch to 60hz mode, dolphin is smooth as butter. If anyone who develops dolphin is reading this, then can you please implement the ability to change your refresh rate from within the graphics options? That way, if you use a high refresh rate monitor, then you don't have to manually change your refresh rate everytime you go from an FPS game to dolphin

I had a 4k TV with a GTX780 which can only output 4k 30Hz on HDMI making all 60Hz games unplayable, and after they removed the option to set your full screen resolution I had to change the windows resolution every single time I wanted to play a 60Hz game. I had my desktop running in 4k 30Hz (yes mouse movement felt jerky at best) And currently I am running my 1080p 60Hz screen overclocked to 82Hz which makes Vsynced games go down to 41FPS and become unplayable.
Check my profile for up to date specs.
