EDIT : ohhh, i just seen your post about your computer having viruses... i hope you have some Windows backup (i do Window backups often myself).

i think what needs to happen is you or one of your friends will need to play through the entire game and dump all the main font textures with your French patch applied to the game.
i think the emulator will then dump the French characters and syllables for you, and then i should be able to upscale it afterwards and add that as an optional download with the HD texture pack when its Complete. im unsure if what im saying will work?   im just guessing what may need to happen. if anyone has others suggestions please feel free to correct me. 
yeah bro! i hate virus's soo much! it wastes precious time trying to remove them, also this year 2022 is almost at its end! i still have a ton of HD texture packs i must complete!, and i hate wasting everyone's time.

I found something written in th patchFR files, it looks to tell directories names where files are applied :

All files in subfolders have .rsl extension. Does that is known to be about texts files ?

now i checked and the forced install to ISO way i used does not applied correctly to ISO (menus and other image text things like poto menu are ENG/JAP), the authors tell to load from an SD by Riivolution, but i will have to learn about Riivolution and how load the content of this patchFR from SD in Dolphin (load textures ? it sometimes adds a Riivolution folder !)...

... wait i'll report.

now i learnd to apply Riivolution patches :

That's the only way it'll works with the FRench patch.

Awesome thankyou for Sharing these files and your research, give me sometime i need to focus on this main HD Jap/Eng HD pack first.   afterwards ill look into this French patch further for you and figure something out, lol i need to get the main HD pack done first!  if i take on too many projects at this point then it'll take even longer to complete this one, and then ill never get anything completed at all. so one step at a time for now. lol

Hey, i found that putting the .json (created while right clicking & launch with Riivolution patch in Dolphin games list) in the folder where Dolphin searches for ISOs, adds an entry in games list that runs the automatically loading Riivolution patch previously selected by menu, if ever it's usefull for you.

that sounds awesome! as soon as the pc is fixed ill look into this for you, sorry about the delay everyone! my computer system is 12 terabytes. lol its taking a long time to back it all up.. and reinstall windows 10. then the whole registry files, windows defender virus security etc its all corrupted, the repairs may be a few weeks fixing it.
