Well there are some FAQ's around the net on about this topic, and maybe on Dolphin Forums too.
Let's say Wiimote is a Bluetooh compatible device, so if you already have Bluetooh on your PC you have 80% of the work finished without doing nothing.
Anyway any decent Bluetooh Dongle will be ok if you have a desktop.
The rest of the problem is to find out a Software that can handle the Bluetooth Stack of the Wiimote (Standard Windows Stack is buggy) and can make it connected in Windows. Blusoleil is a nice one.
You will need also a Sensor Bar, any wireless bar for Wii it's ok.
Wireless bar doesn't need to be seen by the PC, it's only for Wiimote tracking.
Dolphin will take care of the rest.
It's more easier to do than to think at it, and it's cheaper!

The problem to me is that after you load a savestate, controls do not work anymore.
I cannot move the girl...

Do you think we can use the English patch with Dolphin, when it will be available?

I think Dolphin supports only original Nintendo Wiimote, so go for original one! Wireless sensor bar can be any brand.

This is a known issue when loading a savestate, expecially if you use a real Wiimote and Nunchuk.
Try new builds 4606 or 4608, they fixed this problem recently!
Alternatively you may want to try my savegame posted on the first page which works without have to load a state.

For English Patch they say it will be posted soon in their download section but didn't specify exactly when. I'm really looking forward!

Directly from Translation Team Member from their forum speaking about the English Patch release.Out Very Very Soooon!

"It's not out. Almost everything is ready, but I hate to give dates because it always takes longer than I think. I'll need at least 2 days for the patch method, 1 day for final testing, 1 day for tweaking, and 1 day for packing and distro. The earliest that it could come out is November 31st (which is what I am aiming for, of course), but more likely expect sometime the week after."
