you need the wiimote pointer for this...also you have to play the right notes and in the right timing...otherwise it doesn't work...then you have to stop and start again...it's a bit strange, but it does work if you're doing it right.

ZOMG TEH DRAMA!
I found it! Everything was caused by DX11 plugin and Wiimote Plugin(new). Many hours of experimenting and i FINALY...

Maybe a too slow system?
Wrong settings?

Whats your Graphic card?
Well i playd Fatal Frame 4 wit the reversion 5461, no Bugs,glitches, no Frame drops.
I Played with 90~100%, exept some places and moments, but at all very smooth.
With the newest Reversion i can play it with 300%, because i enabled OpenAC, the Graphic Card worked with the CPU.
You can test it with that, when it not helps i think your Laptop is too weak.

Where is the OpenAC option and what does that do?
