In 99.9% of cases it has nothing to do with faulty rip. He just needs to install Visual C++ 2008 runtime library (that's 32bit link).

As long as they don't break the rules by obviously advertising or requesting piracy, they're non of our concern.

And what's this? i don't think zabuza broke any rules, he never said he was downloading illegal stuff, he never posted rom sites and you are the one telling zabuza a pirate without any proof. The ban was unnecessary imo.
