I got the same error! Any ideas?
System: Core i7 2700k @ 4,2 Ghz, 16 GB Corsair DDR3-1600, Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H, Gainward GTX 780, Samsung 830 Series SSD 256GB, Windows 8 Professional x64

hmm

i did it.. everything worked but after if loaded the partition.bin into the .isro, it says after it finishing: ... (BAD)

Solved! You got a bad iso from the internet! Get your own japanese dump (without any translation patch applied) and do the patching described in the first posting yourself...it'll work!

i solved the issue crashing of wii scrubber then again a new issue first i solved it by unchecking the read only mode of the file then it gave no error and start but wii scrubber is not working on it see for ur self and tell me plz
can any one give me the patched link for fatal frame 4 for playing on dolphin of rapidshare or megaupload.

make sure you have a key.bin file in Wii scrubber folder, can be generate through the companion program Make-Key-bin, or try google arround to download one
