Fatal Frame 4 does not run!

I downloaded the ISO (I own the legit version which I imported, but I downloaded this one as it has the Eng sub patched). And when I try to run it, there is only a black screen, nothing at all happens. I tried changing the setting to NTSC-J and no luck. Has anyone got it to run? And if so what settings did you to it on?
