Fatal Error on Main Menu of Multiple Games

Just after the first loading screen of Toy Story 3[STSZ4Q], before showing the main menu:

Closing this dialogue box in any way (X, "Ignore for this session," "Yes," "No,") crashes Dolphin. I've found no workaround or solution to this.

Closing this dialogue box in any way also crashes Dolphin. Changing the video backend to OpenGL stops the issue in this case.
