Fastest Dolphin version? (max FPS/frame limit using Tab) - Windows x64

Did you try that "Block GPU Thread" build (4.0-5971), I mentioned? It might be faster then the 4.0-5647 build you mentioned. I would again recommend you to use the latest builds from Ishiiruka/hdcmeta/master instead of these older builds that will not supported for any problems you might encounter.

Yes, I have tried all versions that you guys mentioned. Maybe its FPS was about 110-120. Yeah, Ishiiruka/hdcmeta speed are fine to me with latest features.

Just use the latest development builds or Ishiiruka. Give or take one or two frames, there are loads of bugs that are squashed. I'd rather have an accurate build than a fast one.

AMD GPUs don't even use Buffer Storage.
