fast forward the video game

I'm playing zelda wind waker. There are a lot of video during the game. There is the way by changing some settings to fast forward the video?

That will make it go as fast as your computer can, it can't go any faster than that.

That said, different games will run at different speeds when you unlock the framerate depending on how intensive the game is.
