To start, it seems that most games are tested in the OpenGL backend. My older graphics setup doesn't seem to support it though, so I have to use Direct3D 11, which I suspect might be part of the problem. I'm using Dolphin 5.0.
I have had game breaking issues in 2 games which seem to work fine, or at least boot, on most other systems:
Mario Galaxy displays the WiiMote caution screen like normal, fades to black, then crashes my Video Driver with the following error:
Super Paper Mario works properly until the scene with the castle fades out, then dolphin crashes without giving an error message.
Melee and brawl work just fine, as well as the Wii menu and most preinstalled channels (Mii channel, photo channel, etc.) Despite fiddling with the settings, looking up the games and their most compatible settings, and doing lots of googling, I haven't found any solutions. If a fix isn't possible, then I'd at least appreciate a list of other titles that might not be compatible with my system; I don't want to needlessly dump games.
