I don't know why I can't get vulkan to work on dolphin, because my GPU does support it.

My Specs are:

APU AMD A10 5745M

dual graphics AMD Radeon HD 8610G + 8600M

RAM 8GB ddr3

Those AMD combos are pain in the ass to work properly with each other. Lets tell us first, can you choose 8600M as a vulkan backend in dolphin or you miss vulkan option completely?

Usual best solution for those laps is to disable internal GPU in BIOS and run only on dedicated card in favour of loosing some portability.

I do have vulkan option to select from in dolphin, but it only allows me to choose between  Microsoft Basic Renderer and AMD Radeon HD 8610G + 8600M dual graphics, no option to only choose Radeon 8600M, and btw messing around with display drivers I found out that certain software like firefox, Chrome, and others run on the integrated graphics to assure compatibility. I also checked BIOS but there's no option to disable integrated GPU

It's probably not surprising you can't disable the integrated graphics - on many systems, this is the only one connected to the display. Rendering on the discrete graphics would then still require the integrated gpu to blit the data out of memory from where the dgpu wrote the image to somewhere where the display block in the igpu can access it to show on screen. This is also why many less intensive tasks (like rendering webpages or other UI interaction) do so only on the igpu - that blit costs time and power, so if you're not heavily using shaders or are otherwise memory bandwidth bound it may be /slower/ to use the second gpu.

What exactly happens if you select the "dual graphics" option in vulkan?

Do you have the latest drivers (from amd.com)? If you're relying on windows update or similar they are often older, and missing important things (like the vulkan loader library... which may be the issue here)

Yes I just download and installed the latest driver from AMD, the problem here is the driver for my system is on legacy support, however on the ofitial AMD site it says that my system does support Vulkan, anyways I don't get it, how come it supports vulkan but I can't use it in Dolphin?, and btw I think that my igpu doesn't support vulkan but my dedicated gpu does, so there might be the issue but idk how to fix it

Hmm, the 8600m should be GCN, so be supported by the latest 'non-legacy' driver. Perhaps the older technology in the cpu confuses that? No idea how it works with effectively 2 unrelated graphics architectures - I'd assume you'd install 2 drivers....

That is the direct consequence having two different gpu platforms in one system: pre GCN and dedicated GCN. Many people cannot have dx12 support after win 10 installation, because integrated card does not support it, and system boots with iGPU.

Firstly try software solution, go to catalyst control center and setup dolphin as working on dedicated gpu or enable for dolphin high performance profile. Unfortunately some driver installations miss this option, soo..
there are also modded catalyst drivers specially for switchable graphics, you can find them on internet or search deep in guru3d forums. Some of them are old, you would have to incorporate in it vulkan driver i suppose, in case there is no actual modded drivers yet.

So the only reliable way to work out this, is a hardware way and get rid of that iGPU. There are modded bioses that can do this, if thats easy or not it depend on laptop manufacturer. Search in google for appropriate solution, or give laptop model we could check. This is risky and you use thirdparty software so be warned. Only one egzample on one laptop model https://www.google.pl/search?q=msi+GX70+...bios&cad=h
