I had the same problem. However, after browsing first for the image Dolphin will add it to the list then after the first attempt fails with the 1GB message after restarting Dolphin and clicking on the game then play button, it starting working for me again. Unfortunately you have to do this process for every game you want to play, but you should only have to do it once per game.

I hope this works for someone else because I thought it was just my computer for the longest time but it must be a bug in the software.
