I'm having the same issue. I've never gotten this program to run, actually. On a whim I just decided to see how development was going and try a new version and still the same problem.
I'm using:
Dolphin 3661 32Bit
Windows XP SP3 32Bit
Athlon X2 5000
3 Gigs of RAM
7900 GTX
I have all current updates from Windows Update (including all .net versions as I need them for other things).
DirectX is current as of March2009 (or newer).
I have the latest Nvidia graphics drivers.
I have no Anti-Virus installed.
There is more than enough virtual memory allocated.
I tried disabling advanced text services.
Disabling panic handlers just makes the program crash, same as kobiyashi said.
I'm already running the bare minimum of services, because I like my system to run efficiently. I shouldn't have to turn off any though, that's ridiculous. Removing IE8 is also ridiculous (and doesn't work).
Presumably if I had some program or service messing with my memory addressing, I wouldn't be able to use other DX emulators (such as PCSX) or native PC games, and I have zero problems with those.
Anyone have any other thoughts?
