Failed to grab 1 GB of contiguous memory!

Ok I downloaded the one that cmccmc posted it says 4150 open gl runs one of my games but very slow even the sound is slow. Nothing runs with direct 3d 9 except the one game that I mentioned earlier and then all I can see is a could buttons then it goes black and i hear the music.
