thats exactly what i was thinking. Also it doesn't matter if you own the game or not, if you downloaded it it's illegal

I have the same problem when I try to start the homebrew channel Tongue

(That it uselees in dolphin xD so it doesn't matter Tongue

When I use opengl It runs really slow but I can't get directx9 to work I hear the music and it says like 40fps on top but all I see is black.

This isn't quite the newest but it's the newest thats been uploaded. If you wait a couple of hours it will be at it's newest
