failed to create vertex shader?

failed to create vertex shader?

for some reason the only version of dolphin thet does'nt say this when I try to run a game is ver.2.0 but unfortuneatly 2.0 won't run the either of the games i'm interested in playing(metroin prime 3 and metroid other m)
how can I fix the error?

os: windows 7 home premium 64bit

cpu: pentium dual core 2.80 ghz

ram: 4 gb

gpu: intel g45/g43,gma x4500

Asus Laptop: K53TA
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-Bit - SP1
CPU: AMD Llano A6-3400M, Quad-Core, 1.4GHz-2.6GHz (Overclocked)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD6650M, 1GB GDDR3 (Catalyst 13.1)
RAM: Samsung 4GB DDR3-1333

Intel graphic chips are garbage. You're going to have to get a real video card or a new PC.

Depending on what level of graphics quality you want and how much money you have to spend, as low as the ATI HD2xxx series of video cards all the way to the HD6xxx series. You will still be limited with how fast most games will play with your weak CPU. If I were you I'd just get something really cheap like the HD2400 Pro and mess around with that until you can get a new PC.
