There are core features dolphin requires that were introduced after DX10.

It *may* be that inaccurate estimations or game-specific workarounds may get past some of the limitations there, the sheer work involved doesn't really seem worth it considering the small (and shrinking) user base stuck on such old hardware/software combinations.

So, my hardware is just too slow for DirectX 11.

First of all, it's not a matter of "too slow for DirectX 11," your video card just doesn't support it because it's THAT old. Also, as multiple people on this thread have already stated, even if you were somehow able to run Dolphin, your CPU (which is much more important than your GPU as far as speed is concerned) is far too slow to run pretty much anything at acceptable speeds.

You can get a pretty good sale over at newegg right now on refurbished computers that will play Dolphin for cheap. Like this HP computer that has a Haswell i5-4300M + 4GB RAM + DVD drive for $180

Edit: or save up and buy a new gaming system, like the Dell G3 gaming for only about $700 or so for the starter model

Then feel free to use a past build. We have decided to move away from supporting some older hardware in order to be able to make certain improvements to Dolphin, and that's not something that's going to change.

If you're running *Exactly* the same version of dolphin and windows then it's likely to be a system issue:

Either your gpu drivers are out of date (it may be that you need the drivers from the vendor's website, as sometimes the ones on windows update are out of date or incomplete in some way), you're missing some updates (there's been a number of updates that affect the directx drivers), or some other config has changed.

I have already the newest drivers of my any driver. I did't install another Windows version. I just reinstalled my current Windows 7 Home Premium x64.

P.S. Before reinstalling latest builds of Dolphin worked perfectly
