I have a problem (maybe not me one) with DirectX. My graphics card doesn't support OpenGL 3.0, only DirectX. And when I trying to change render mode to DirectX 11, I can see message "Failed to create IDXGIFactory object". Anyone please help me. (I have installed DirectX runtime, .NET Framework 4.7 and latest graphics drivers).
Failed to create IDXGIFactory object (DirectX)

I think we actually require a D3D11 compatible GPU instead of just D3D10 + stuff now and yours doesn't make the cut.
EDIT: Are you using the latest development build? 04-28-2018, 01:40 AM

You're out of luck then. Your system is far, far too old to run Dolphin.
Even if the GPU wasn't an issue, your CPU is too old and slow. 04-28-2018, 02:23 AM

D3D9 support is not going to happen. We got rid of it for a reason: https://dolphin-emu.org/blog/2013/10/12/...ns-future/
Even if D3D9 works in Ishiiruka, that's because Tino did a lot of workarounds (i.e. hacks) to fix a bunch of shortcomings with that API. That's something the Dolphin devs have been actively moving away from for years. 04-28-2018, 03:13 AM

Doesn´t happen to me on 5.0-7092. Using HD3000.
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.
