F-Zero GX HD [AI] ~ 05.01.2022

Here is another HD texture project of mine.

F-Zero GX still looks very good today, but some textures look a bit blurry on large screens.
All UI elements, gliders and many course elements were decompressed, denoised and upscaled with AI support and further adjusted by hand.

All versions are supported.
Textures in DDS-BC7 format.

I love how this pack keeps a lot of the original game's style and menus, apposed to the only other hd pack i could find. Very well done!

By the way, can you include the title screen graphic but without the “hd”? Preferably the game looks completely accurate to the base textures, and I think the modified copyright is all you need for crediting your work.

thanks for your open mind! I decided to make my small change to the texture using your 4xcube model, but along the way i decided to also upscale some other menu graphics you may have missed, as well as some from the hidden AX mode. Thank you!

Shame i couldn't make the character art look more like yours with the more sharper and gritty texture, but its the best i can do without the non-compact 4xcube model.

Thanks for adding those images. They really complement the pack well.
Now the only remaining eyesores on the UI are the Gamecube controller button images. I grabbed A and B from the old pack from another user, but X and Y remain the original low-res ones.

I updated my textures to include those buttons and some other textures in the far corners of the menu. This should be good enough until the pack itself is updated for the textures, but I would still want the character art to look rougher like the base pack makes it look. I have the original unmodified textures, if anyone can do that for me.

If I may be so bold to ask, could you look into the L and R button icons on the "choose your machine" screen?
