F Zero GX crashes as soon as a race starts

F Zero GX used to work fine until recently. I'm not sure which of the recent revisions broke it, but F zero is now unplayable in recent commits. Can someone fix this cause I know it used to work fine.

Can you post any screenshot of the crash message if it appears?
