I own both original games on the gamecube and played them a lot, lately i been doing a lot of streaming, and its much easier  to emulate then it is to get all these capture devices, on both F-zero GX and Need for Speed underground, booting them up everything seems normal. but as soon as i start a race, the cars are off to the right side of the screen instead of the center, i'm using the USA NTSC versions , and i have played with the settings.... i have no custom textures loaded or anything. is there a fix for this?

Thank you

Let's make sure! Go to graphics>advanced and see if Freelook is enabled, and disable it if it is.

In that case, the only other thing that could cause this is a cheat code. Go to Config and in the general tab, disable "Enable Cheats". Does that fix it?

Not much else we can suggest. It's obviously not normal behavior for Dolphin, or a bug. If you have all cheats disabled and Freelook unchecked, then nothing in Dolphin is causing this. Maybe try different video backends. OpenGL should work best for NVidia, but doesn't hurt to try the others. Set all graphic options to there default options and see if that fixes it. Short of that, not much else we can suggest
Windows 11 Home x64
Intel Core i7-10700
Nvidia Rtx 2060 6GB
32.0 GB DDR4 RAM
