You're running game with framelimit off . Set Framelimit = auto , the speed will back to normal
Super Mario Sunshine and Melee are both light-weight games that should run ok for most low-end CPU such as yours but don't expect full speed emulation (maybe not even close)
Even the best AMD CPU atm the AMD FX-8350 is just "mid-range" CPU for Dolphin because Dolphin is a dual core application -> Dolphin favors single threaded performance
Demanding games are out of the question (require latest top of the line i5 4670k @ 4.2GHz
