Extreme Speed Up

CPU AMD X4 630
GPU Radeon HD 7770
Either the game runs fine or runs at like 2-300% and there is insane speedup making the game almost unplayable in Super Mario Sunshine
Is Super Smash Melee there is alot of slowdown any help appreciated

You're running game with framelimit off . Set Framelimit = auto , the speed will back to normal

Your CPU is horrible for most games . Overclocking can help but even so , most game won't run well
Super Mario Sunshine and Melee are both light-weight games that should run ok for most low-end CPU such as yours but don't expect full speed emulation (maybe not even close)
Even the best AMD CPU atm the AMD FX-8350 is just "mid-range" CPU for Dolphin because Dolphin is a dual core application -> Dolphin favors single threaded performance
Demanding games are out of the question (require latest top of the line i5 4670k @ 4.2GHz
