Performance isues
i am uning samung 300 series laptop
i am trying to play resident evil darkside hronices
games is extremly laging and have relay bad performnce
does is any way i can fix it
my deflaut GPU is NVIDIA GeForce GT 520MX tweaked for performance

i dont have avilbele any hardvere upgarades

You're being CPU bound. Dolphin needs strong single core speeds since it only uses 2 cores, and your i7-2670QM is not strong enough for this game.

owercloking is not good idea for my PC i am using game boster to does is any way to make dolfin use all cores

No. Even with all those things, most games will run slow on that CPU (mainly demanding ones).

I have a 2670QM; I can confirm that the processor is kinda limited nowadays for dolphin.

I have no idea what a "300 pfs" is but no, your laptop is not anywhere near fast enough.
