MSI have planned to make one http://www.tomshardware.com/news/Graphic...10527.html.This is new hope for people don't have a good GPU such as Core i5 with Intel GMA
More than that,this video card is the same size like desktop one so it have more powerful than a normal laptop one

Idk,that gfx card connects to a notebook's ExpressCard slot

This isn't the first one. I remember years ago seeing demonstrations of the XG station. In the end it failed. MSI's one looks very much identical and it will probably fail as well. Best option is just to go buy a desktop. Oh for reference, the XG station sold only in Australia and AUD $375.
