Hi there, I've recently been trying to play Zelda Wind Waker on my new gaming PC and it's been brilliant up until Dragon Roost where I get really bad screen tearing to the point at which its unbearable to play. Having researched this issue I've found that it's supposed to have been fixed ages ago but it's still affecting mine even on the latest Dolphin revisions for some reason. Also Dolphin doesn't seem to be able to find my ISO or GCM files which are on my external hard drive for some reason, even though it can play them after I search for the games via the 'open' tab on the main screen. I've since moved a game to my destop which it can find easily so i'm assuming it must have something to do with it being external? any help on either issues would be much appreciated

It's a hack. The game wasn't designed for 16:9. There are better widescreen hacks here though, if you search the forum.

The effect is fixed in the way it was intended to work. Adding a hack on top of the fix changes how the game does the effect, which breaks the effect. Using a more proper widescreen code (Such swiss gc's or the action replay codes that are easily found) will work with the effect.
