Even with this Exynos is still worse performing and more unreliable than Snapdragon, right?

Great. We have EXT_BUFFER_STORAGE support with Mali-G71 in v10 driver version since android 8.1 Still samsung is better in area (faster implementation) than Huawei.

Huawei has EXT_buffer_storage on 8.1 as well, not to mention they rolled out 9.0 much faster than Samsung.
Guess EXT_BUFFER is still not fixed for Exynos?
