Export Wii Save Error - Failed to Write Header

Hello everyone!

I am using Dolphin 4.0 on my Windows 7 x64 computer to emulate some Wii games that I have. I would like to transfer some of the save files from my computer to my Wii, but clicking the "Export Wii Save (Experimental)" for Super Paper Mario results in the following error:

"Failed to write header for ./private/wii/title/R8PE/data.bin"

This issue occurs with other games as well.

Any idea what could be causing this?

you probably have dolphin in Program Files, and export wii save tries to save to the current working directory, which you don't have write permission.
if you move/copy the dolphin folder to another location (like your desktop) you should be able to export successfully
