Chatbox would be better, because there is usually no discussion at all on irc, or there are just idlers or antisocial persons present (no text for 24+ hours even if you type something).

The problem is there could be spammers, so forum mods would get more tasks. But in general it is easy to embed a php chatbox into forum software

I support this idea!

I've seen it on quite a few sites. Very simple and easy to incorporate and use. I think it supports multiple chat rooms, but each one would need it's own url.

No..! Iits not a stupid question. With the help of this word we can speak with a unknown person with word. Its not a bad words . But its a depend on the person how and in which situation this word is used...! It's customizable , And the default doesn't rape your eyes.
