So I just playing TP (gamecube) on my laptop, i7 8665U with Intel UHD 620 (latest driver version).
As the title suggest, there are constant shader compilation stutters.
And I know they are shader compilation, since if I reboot the emulator and go through the same scene again, it doesn't occur.
Even the cutscenes feel stuttery at times even though the FPS doesn't drop a single bit. Idk why.

I am playing TP with 720p and Hybrid Ubershaders. Honestly, I have played TP (I think last time was 4 years ago) on a Intel HD 4000 (D3D11 backend) with Native resolution, and it ran better.
I have even enabled compile shaders before start, and according to my previous experience it never gave me a single stutter afterwards.

The amazing thing is that this is stutters occur in every backend. D3D12 and Vulkan usually are more stable than D3D11 and OpenGL.
D3D11 gave me an error that said that gpu won't respond to any commands and then crashed. OpenGL decided to just freeze the screen and not render anything, even though the game controls and the audio were still running.

Is there some problem with recent version of Intel drivers, anything you guys might be aware of? Or this regression on Dolphin's end?

Just wanted to add a follow up to this issue.
I am still playing D3D12 720p, enabled compile shaders before start and Hybrid Ubershaders enabled.
I have found some new things as well.
Even though I have enabled Hybrid Ubershaders, when entering new areas or entering an area after Dolphin updated, the geometry literally builds in front of my eyes. The FPS doesn't drop, but all the models take like half a second to load in the scene.
I tried using 480p, the intensity of the stutter has decreased but its still there.
Also I disabled Hyrule Field speed hack, just to get that good original map.
However, the map continuously switches between the original and the hack map every second. Maybe I can't explain in words, this video will explain as to what I mean.

Your profile says you're using a pretty old version of Dolphin, does this still happen in the latest dev or beta build?

I updated my profile idk when. Updating the profile with the latest build number is a hassle.
If you would have seen the video, you sure would have noticed that at the time of recording this video, this was the latest dev build.
Also, an update over the situation.
So I ran into a lot of issues with the minimap thing, including wrong color borders etc. However I uninstalled and re-installed the drivers, and at least the flickering map issue went away.

But the main issues, as the title suggest "Excessive Shader Compilation stutter".
Most cutscenes have stutter, which if I don't save, and restart Dolphin and re-go through the cutscene once again, they don't appear.
Whenever I enter a new area, Dolphin literally acts like I have enabled the skip drawing option. Even though Hybrid Ubershaders have been enabled along with Compile before start, the geometry still loads just in front of my eyes.

And I am telling you, these issues weren't there 4 years ago, when I used to play on an Intel HD 4000 native resolution.
My bad, I should have tested some old builds as well, but I will soon provide a follow up as well.

Also I remember when I used to play 4 years ago, even on the very first start of TP, it compiled like 4000+ shaders. But these days on my current system, it only compiled like 500-1000 shaders on the very first start, and then as game as progressed and every time Dolphin gets updated, the shader count builds up rather than compiling all at the same time. It now feels like playing on something like Cemu where the shader cache slowly builds up.

Uhh.... I am now experiencing random crashes on Dolphin. It crashes now just within one minute of gameplay.
Can someone tell how to enable log option in Dolphin? I want to post it here so that it can be looked.

I didn't notice the crashing but only play for few minutes on the system. I did also notice these issues on my 2-1 laptop that has a 8th gen i5. It didn't occur with my desktop rtx 4070. I have a laptop that I don't use much anymore that I can test both it integrated intel hd 630 and Nvidia gtx 1070. I don't have a Linux installation on any of my systems but I could also try it.

So here's the log, with verbosity set to Error and Toggle all Log Types enabled. Also edited my profile to the latest Dolphin that I was using.
I have encountered many crashes, all in the City in the Sky dungeon.
The one that is most repeatable and also has stopped me from progressing in game is when battling Argorok, you need to hit him like three or four times.
But during the third time, when Argorok basically changes its direction of fire, you also need to switch directions. That's when the crash happen. When I switch my direction and clawshot the third peahat, the game/Dolphin always crashes.
Here is a video demonstration (sorry for the bad quality) : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1FWWiOHFS4ww51JOzJWsJLzCQdSHBE7iX/view?usp=drive_link
But once in a blue moon, I can manage to actually get pass through this, and make onto the back of Argorok, but it will always crash later.
Here, again, is a video demonstration : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QMvEiOh69JCe1AnC6Sw6R4M8zYLt4cCA/view?usp=drive_link
