I updated my profile idk when. Updating the profile with the latest build number is a hassle.
If you would have seen the video, you sure would have noticed that at the time of recording this video, this was the latest dev build.
Also, an update over the situation.
So I ran into a lot of issues with the minimap thing, including wrong color borders etc. However I uninstalled and re-installed the drivers, and at least the flickering map issue went away.
But the main issues, as the title suggest "Excessive Shader Compilation stutter".
Most cutscenes have stutter, which if I don't save, and restart Dolphin and re-go through the cutscene once again, they don't appear.
Whenever I enter a new area, Dolphin literally acts like I have enabled the skip drawing option. Even though Hybrid Ubershaders have been enabled along with Compile before start, the geometry still loads just in front of my eyes.
And I am telling you, these issues weren't there 4 years ago, when I used to play on an Intel HD 4000 native resolution.
My bad, I should have tested some old builds as well, but I will soon provide a follow up as well.
Also I remember when I used to play 4 years ago, even on the very first start of TP, it compiled like 4000+ shaders. But these days on my current system, it only compiled like 500-1000 shaders on the very first start, and then as game as progressed and every time Dolphin gets updated, the shader count builds up rather than compiling all at the same time. It now feels like playing on something like Cemu where the shader cache slowly builds up.
