You guys, this isn't a regression. We enabled MMU emulation. It looks like it's a bug in the hack, or, a bug in Dolphin that was already happening but not showing up thanks to shit MMU emulation. You can manually disable MMU emulation or figure out if this exact version of the hack works on console in this exact situation.
