i checked it this topic has been posted and it wasn't, so i am assuming it is my personal problem. I updated my graphics card and that doesn't fix the problem. Is it my Card in general or what? Please help.

it's an intel chipset,i forgot which on because i am not currently at my gaming computer

well if your gaming pc has an intel chipset then you won't be able to use the opengl plugin Undecided (integrated graphics chipsets don't support opengl 2.1 Sleepy)

Intel Chipsets are usually useless with Dolphin's OpenGL plugin, check requirement thread
