Everything but analog works

I only have two atm, The Last Story, and Xenoblade. Analog doesn't work for both of them. I attached three pictures. All the buttons should be the exact same for each, just the device is changed for each.

Edit: Added in my GC config, all buttons and analogs work. Its the untilted4.
