I posted this problem in "Sonic Colors" thread because I didn't know I have it in every game (I had only one game). Now I have three games and I see the problem occurs in each of them. To show the full problem it would be better to record a video but I'll try to describe it with some screenshots:
1) Screen where it says I'm on first level. 2) One of the intro frames.

A lot of time the whole screen just blinks with different colors (Thank god I'm not an epileptic)
The legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess screenshot (main screen):

Everything is blinking in different colors too.
In dolphin 4.0.2 there is no such a problem but Sonic Colours has only 15 FPS. Just thought may be the game will be running good in next version.
Sorry if there was s similar thread I did not find it. Thanks for help.

Use the latest dev build, and make sure you have updated the GPU drivers.
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

My system says my videocard drivers are up to date. My videocard is written in my profile. I tried to use dolphin 5.0-4747 (which can be unstable as it mentioned) but it did not help (nothing changes).

If that's windows update saying it's up to date, try getting the latest drivers off amd.com - they're often newer than the ones Microsoft ship.

Yeah.. I know about that Windows sometimes lying about "up to date" drivers. Okay, I'll try.

I know you got this solved, but going forward, use Vulkan or Direct3D 11 graphics backend if you have an AMD GPU.

It'll be faster than GL on AMD. Dolphin's GL backend is slow on AMD.

As mentioned in my profile I have ASUS EAH6670 Series. Yes, it is AMD as I know. So you mean download and install Direct3D 11 for better perfomance? Sonic Colors runs without lags now but thanks for an advice! Smile

He means in the Graphics options for Dolphin, make sure the Backend is set to Direct3D 11 not OpenGL.

Direct3D11 is shipped as part of windows, so there's no need to "install" it.

I know that Direct3D is a part of windows but there is always a chance I have a lower version of that. Thank you.
