EUR IPL BGM sounds good when in HLE; USA IPL BGM distorted?

Before anyone thinks this is for bad purposes, it´s DEFINITELY not that thing, just so you know.

The thing is, I have saved my GC IPL dumps on the GC folder (in Dolphin Emulator). I decided to try them just to see how they looked like when the GC boots. I first tried with a PAL game title (which was Luigi´s Mansion) and noticed the music of the BIOS sounded correctly with HLE.

Based on that I thought it would happen the same with the USA version of the BIOS: correct sound with HLE. It really was a bad surprise when I heard that horrible screech in my headphones!! 

Is there any bug that prevents USA BIOS sounds to play correctly? Apart from HLE, I was using OpenAL with a 4 ms latency set.

Will be waiting for any heads-up.

EDIT: Dang! I almost forgot to post the build number!! It was on master branch 4.0-5051.
