You might want to talk about OpenGL ES 3.1 as it has already been announced and may be used for Dolphin.

Sonic already said the only improvements were texture decoding. I was more curious how far we can get with our current feature set. I'm not really talking speed, I'm talking accuracy and how close (or far) from PC we are.
