There may be no Possible Way that you could use RiiConnect24 for the WiiConnect24 Service due to some possibilities of Unauthorized Permissions or Restrictions. Maybe you should not try to bypass the Restrictions Possibly Setup by the Emulator, as there may be a possibility of not working or something.
