Errors Codes in Certain Channels

I apologize if this is the wrong place to post this.

I just got Wii Channels installed on Dolphin (I only did this now because... well, why not?), but when I went into the Forecast Channel or the News Channel, I would get the following error codes:

FORE000005

NEWS00005

Is there any way to fix this, or is it because of the Nintendo WFC shutdown? I tried looking Googling it, but it came up with nothing.

I tired Riiconnect24 on dolphin still get the same error on news channel and weather channel
