Errors accessing files... I think

I went to play dolphin after a while and couldn't find the application anywhere on my computer so I went and downloaded the most recent version. I still had all my Gamecube and Wii games downloaded, and I believe the previous data in my documents folder on my PC. However whenever I try to run a gamecube game I get this error, and I get this error for Wii.
