Error with dolphin declaring I am forcing aa when I'm not

Hi everyone

I know this issue will have likely been posted many times before but I have gone through every thread I can find on the issue I am currently experiencing and nothing is working.
Whenever I attempt to load a game with Dolphin I get this error:

I have changed the setting for my graphics card to not force anti-aliasing but I still get the same error
If anyone has fixed this in the past I would love to hear how you did it!

2 things to try:
1) have you tried updating your GPU drivers?
2) Have you tired the latest Dolphin dev build?
