Error: Timed out connecting to traversal server

Hello, I am having an issue with dolphin netplay playing Super smash bros melee and Project M. When I connect to people (or they connect to me) and we play for about 15 minutes, I am presented with an error saying "timed out connecting to traversal server". This crashes the dolphin emulation and disconnects from the netplay session. I am also given an error code saying something like "SI Unknown command (0x80)". This only happens on my internet, when I try it on a friends internet it works fine. I have also tried port forwarding and direct hosting/connecting and that doesn't work either.

But it did work, and all of a sudden I started getting this error.
