Error "the selected language isn't supported by your system falling back to..."

Hello I come to you because I no longer am going to do.

The new laptop with windows 7 64 bit to start the emulator I get this in a window "the selected language is not supported by your system falling back to system default" then remove that window and the emulator appears, I'll configuration and select the Spanish but I will not start any game, black screen freezes thinking.

I tried not to touch the settings but not fix anything. If you can not you help me, that can not be or how to fix this error.

Try a fresh install of the latest stable release (4.0.2), your Sys or Laguages folder may be screwed
